Cycling Rescue Service for Mechanical or Physical Failure
Terms and Conditions
-
DAILY RESCUE SERVICE cannot start on the same day as the booking. If DAILY RESCUE SERVICE starts on the booking date, it will not be valid for that day. Only LAST MINUTE RESCUE SERVICE is valid for same-day pick-up on the booking date.
-
The rescue service is exclusively available to the individual listed in the client details. Valid identification must be presented upon pick-up when the rescue service is utilized.
-
The individual and the bicycle requiring rescue must be accessible via fully paved roads that are open and unobstructed.
-
The rescue service is only operational during daylight hours, starting 90 minutes after sunrise and ending 90 minutes before sunset. This timeframe is based on safety considerations, as cycling at night is unsafe, and it is unlikely that a cyclist will be far from their starting point or destination during these periods.
-
Multi-day bookings are covered for consecutive days. If the rescue service is marked as unavailable on any of your booked days, an additional day will be added to the end of your booking to compensate.
-
Using the service solely to secure a cheap ride can overwhelm our dispatch team and lead to delays for cyclists who genuinely need rescue. Please be considerate of your fellow cyclists and only request the rescue service if you are truly unable to continue your ride.
-
DAILY RESCUE SERVICE PLAN: After processing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the contact details for our dispatch office if you require our rescue service while in Mallorca.
-
LAST MINUTE RESCUE SERVICE: After processing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email and a phone call from our dispatch office to verify your location and provide you with an approximate time of our rescue service pick-up. Then a vehicle will be dispatched to your location. Please ensure that you enter your phone number correctly including the country code.
